Joe was good. The best some said. He said so. He had only been defeated once in his career, and that fight was fixed, he was certain of it. Not only had he knocked out his fair share of opponents in the ring, he killed a man once in a drunken bar brawl. His demeanor was intimidating enough to make a grown man weep. And it had before. But this little runt at the training gym must have not heard all these stories. Else he would not be challenging Joe "The Destroyer" and egging him on. Joe just stared at him with a combination of disbelief and contempt.
